Arthritis Land ClassMonday at 1:00pmExercises that are gentle, simple to follow and concentrate on improving range of motion, flexibility, and other items that are necessary for daily living tasks and chores. Taught by Arthritis Foundation certified instructor, Linda Adams.
Balance ClassWednesday at 1:00pmLinda Adams of Gentle Wellness 4 Life will teach exercises to promote balance. With aging balance ability usually diminishes which can cause deadly falls. With simple and effective exercises our sense of balance can be improved.
Jazzercise LiteMon, Wed, & Fri at 8:45am and T & Th at 5:40pmThis low impact, modified version of Jazzercise dance fitness program provides 60 minutes of warm up, cardio, strength and stretch.
Line Dance by Rick WilsonMonday at 12:45pm and 1:30pmFor students who are new to line dancing, or would like to brush up on the basic dances. This class covers a variety of elements used in line dancing i.e. Vine Steps, Shuffle Steps, turns, the calls and more. This is a great first class to start out with and a great stepping stone to the other levels.
Country Line Dance by Jim Dawson, DJ ExpressWednesday from 3:30pm to 5:00pmLearn traditional and newer country line dances. Beginners and more experienced dancers welcome.
PilatesMonday at 11:15am, Tuesday at 9:00am, Thursday at 10:15am and Friday at 8:45am (1 hour class)Restorative and invigorating, this mindful mat class will strengthen your "powerhouse": abs, back, hips, buttocks and thighs. Develop long, lean muscles, heighten mind-body awareness and alleviate back pain. While practicing breath work, improve core stability, circulation, coordination and balance, flexibility, control and stamina, body alignment and posture, all while relieving stress and tension. Bring graceful, elegant economy of movement to your everyday life! Exercise mat required, however exercises can be modified for the chair.
Strength TrainingMonday at 9:00am and 10:00am, Wednesday at 9:00am and 10:15am, Friday at 10:00am (1 hour class)Join us for this fun and diverse total body workout as we exercise every major muscle group to increase strength, endurance and flexibility. Improve cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary health, bone density, balance, coordination, dexterity, range of motion, as well as mood, mental focus and acuity. These exercises can aid in pain management (of arthritis symptoms for example). Develop a sense of well-being and camaraderie in this upbeat and supportive group. Enjoy our engaging instructors’ calorie burning routines set to lively music and finish with a relaxing cool-down. Dumbbells are provided for the standing and seated exercises.
Parkinson’s Strength TrainingTuesday at 10:15am and Thursday at 9:00am (1 hour class)Consistent exercise targeting strength and coordination has been found very effective at delaying the onset of various Parkinson’s disease symptoms. Join us for this low-impact class that can be done while seated in a chair. Listening to music, we will exercise our way to stronger bodies, healthier minds and a way of life that promotes positive thinking and a hope for improved quality of life. Lightweight dumbbells are provided.

YogaMonday and Wednesday from 2:15pm to 3:45pm and Thursday at 7:50am and 9:00amExercise mat is required. Mondays and Wednesdays will allow more time for stretching and pose times.
Intermediate YogaWednesday from 3:45pm to 5:15pmFor all who have previous yoga experience and can stand, be on your back and knees, and have reasonably good upper body strength. We explore new asanas (postures), learn more about postures we already do, and expand on breathing techniques and mudras (hand and arm positions). Exercise mat required.
Zumba GoldTuesday and Thursday at 11:15amZumba Gold takes the "work" out of the workout. We mix low-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin & World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are called exercise in disguise. Super effective classes introduce easy-to-follow Zumba choreography for a total workout, combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, range of motion and coordination. Get active with great people at the dance party workout that moves at your pace. Come for fun - leave exhilarated and strong!
Aqua ZumbaMonday at 5:00pm and Thursday at 1:30pm in the PoolFitness is a splash with Aqua Zumba! Our invigorating, low-impact aquatic classes are exercise in disguise. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with water resistance for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Join the fun for a workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Water shoes are recommended to protect the feet.
AquaciseMonday through Friday at 8:00am and 9:00am,Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 1:30pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm in the PoolJump right into our aqua classes and build cardiovascular fitness and strength. Just like swimming, our water aerobics classes are easy on your joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. Because of their low-impact format, water aerobics classes are suitable for every age and fitness level, from beginning exercisers through elite athletes. Tone and sculpt your body with no impact on your joints. This popular water aerobics workout is a swimming blend of cardio and resistance training, and may incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles.
