Fitness
The Gore Pool, fitness equipment, aerobic classes, Tai Chi and line dancing
are some of the activities that provide an avenue for people to retain and
improve their physical abilities. Over 100 people a day spend time exercising in
the warm therapeutic 20ft. X 60ft. pool. The fitness room, managed by Cardio
Kinetics, provides an opportunity for people to exercise in a supervised
environment using a program designed specifically for them. Other fitness
options round out the activities with new ones being added as interest is shown.
